Order Processing

  • All items are made-to-order and typically take 2–5 business days to print and prepare before shipping.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Canada & USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates — actual times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions (when offered) will be applied automatically at checkout.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • The carrier (Canada Post, USPS, etc.)

  • Customs processing in your country

  • Weather, strikes, or other events outside our control

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Packages
