Refund policy

At TradeTough Supply, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, design, or size from what was ordered).

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exemptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (size charts are provided on all listings)

  • Color variations due to monitor or screen differences

  • General wear and tear or damage caused by misuse

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation

Orders must be cancelled before production commences. If the order has already been processed and production has begun it is unlikely you will be able to get a return. However, we will do everything we can to try to make it happen.
